Sales Development Representative – Fall 2018
1st Year Compensation: $55k (average) ($35k Base + Incentives )

Easy Pay Direct is positioned to leverage their brand and experience in several verticals to dominate the “high risk” eCommerce space. Every day, we deliver innovative solutions that help small business owners across the U.S. better serve customers, manage operations, accept digital payments and ultimately grow their businesses. Formed in 2009, we are now looking to create an outbound sales machine that can create new leads to close. This role is critical as we build for the future during this hyper growth period.
As an SDR you will be reporting to our Sales Manager and play a crucial part in our go-to-market strategy by targeting decision makers in key companies. The ultimate goal of your conversations is to ensure that our services will add significant value to the prospect and to set up a more extended discovery call. You will quickly become knowledgeable on the market’s pain points and needed solutions, which will serve as the basis for messaging experiments to refine our core product offering continually.

- Cold calling – heavy phones
- Respond to inbound leads (avg. 25 leads coming in per day)
- Responding to and qualifying inbound inquiries
- Follow up on leads
- Demonstrating key features over email, phone, and video conference
- Support wherever needed
- Demonstrating excellent communications skills
- Demonstrating Tech and eCommerce savvy
To be perfect for this role, here are the key skills and experience you will need:
- 1+ year of prior B2B sales experience (within a Software/High Tech company is a plus) or a sales internship.
- Passion, energy, great work ethic, and ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing start-up environment
- Fearless attitude – willing to take intelligent risks
- Hard working and willing to achieve a high volume of outbound calling activity every day while maintaining a positive and energetic persona.
