Account Information Settings

The Account Information page is where you view and update the key contact details for your Gateway account. This includes your business contact info and the time zone used throughout the Gateway.

What You Can Update

You can edit most fields on this page, including:

  • Contact name
  • Address
  • Phone number (and other contact numbers, if listed)
  • Email address
  • Website
  • Time zone (this affects how times display across the Gateway)

To make a change:

  1. Click into the field you want to update
  2. Enter the new information
  3. Click Save

What You Cannot Update

Two items are not editable on this page:

  • Company name
  • Billing information on file

If either of these needs to be updated, contact support for assistance.
