Your bank account information is used for deposits and settlement funding. For security reasons, bank account updates are not self-service and must be handled through Easy Pay Direct support.

How to Request a Bank Account Update

To update the bank account on your Gateway:

  1. Contact Easy Pay Direct Merchant Support
  2. Request a bank account update
  3. Be prepared to:
    • Verify your account ownership
    • Complete required authorization or verification steps
    • Provide new banking details securely

Support will guide you through the process and let you know what documentation is required.

Important Notes

  • Bank account changes cannot be completed directly inside the Gateway
  • Processing may take a short time due to verification requirements
  • Updates help ensure accurate and uninterrupted funding

Once the update is complete, your future settlements will be deposited into the new bank account on file.
