Look and Feel Settings

The Look and Feel Settings page allows you to customize the visual branding of checkout and invoice-related pages generated by the Easy Pay Direct Gateway. This helps create a more consistent, professional experience for your customers.

What You Can Customize

From this page, you can customize:

  • Company logo
  • Color scheme
  • Header text

Your logo and branding will appear on:

  • Invoice PDFs
  • Invoice emails
  • Gateway-hosted checkout pages (when applicable)

Logo Guidelines

  • Your logo appears at the top of the checkout page and invoices
  • Recommended image ratio: 16:9 for best display results
  • Use a clean, high-resolution image to ensure clarity across emails and PDFs

When These Settings Apply

  • These settings are most relevant if you are using:
    • The Gateway invoicing service
    • Gateway-hosted checkout experiences
  • If you are not using invoices or hosted checkout, changes made here may not be visible

This setting does not affect:

  • Virtual Terminal receipts
  • Custom website checkout pages built entirely outside the Gateway

Save and Apply Changes

  1. Upload or update your logo
  2. Adjust colors or header text as needed
  3. Click Save

Your updates will apply automatically going forward.
