How to Run Reports in the Easy Pay Direct Gateway

The Reports feature in the Easy Pay Direct Gateway lets you search, filter, and analyze past transactions in detail. You can use it for quick lookups, monthly reporting, reconciliation, customer research, and troubleshooting.

Quick Search From Anywhere

Use the global search bar at the top of any Gateway page to quickly find transactions from the past 90 days.

You can search by:

  • Transaction ID
  • Order ID
  • Customer last name
  • Full card number or last four digits

Access Full Reporting Tools

To run detailed reports:

  • Go to Trans Reports → Reports, or
  • Click Reports from the Gateway home screen

You’ll see two sections:

  • Transaction Snapshot (summary)
  • Search Transactions (detailed)

Search Transactions

Use filters to narrow results, including:

  • Status, transaction type, and action type
  • Processor (if you have multiple MIDs)
  • Transaction, order, platform, or customer IDs
  • Customer name, company, or email
  • Card or bank account number (full or last four)
  • Merchant Defined Fields
  • Amount range

Date Range Options

  • Defaults to the current month
  • Manual entry or calendar picker
  • Quick presets like today, this week, last 30 days, or last 365 days

Click Submit to run the report and adjust results per page as needed.

Viewing and Managing Results

Click a Transaction ID to open the transaction detail page, where you can:

  • View full transaction details and history
  • Void, refund, or re-run a transaction
  • Create a subscription or add the customer to the vault
  • Print or email a receipt

Use the magnifying glass next to a card number to see all transactions tied to that card.

Transaction Snapshot

Use Group By to summarize transactions by:

  • Settlement batch
  • Card type
  • Processor
  • User account
  • Transaction source
  • Day, week, or month
  • Merchant Defined Fields

Drill down using magnifying glass icons to view underlying transactions.
