License Manager Settings

The License Manager page lets you view, manage, and remove device and software licenses associated with your Gateway account. What appears on this page depends on which services are active for your account.

Common license types include:

  • Mobile device licenses (from the iProcess mobile app)
  • QuickBooks SyncPay licenses (if enabled)

View Active Licenses

  1. Go to License Manager Settings
  2. Review the list of license categories available on your account
    • Example: QuickBooks, Mobile Devices
  3. Click into a category to see active licenses

For each active license, you can see:

  • Device or license nickname
  • License number
  • Date and time the license was added

Mobile Device Licenses (iProcess)

Mobile licenses are generated automatically when a device is activated using the iProcess mobile app.

For each device, the License Manager shows:

  • Device nickname
  • License ID
  • Date added

View Deleted Licenses

To see previously removed licenses:

  1. Click View Deleted Licenses
  2. Review:
    • License number
    • Device nickname
    • Date added
    • Date removed

This is helpful for tracking device changes or troubleshooting access issues.

Remove a License

If you no longer want a device or plugin to have access:

  1. Locate the active license
  2. Click the trash can icon
  3. Confirm the deletion

Once removed:

  • The license is immediately deactivated
  • It will appear in the Deleted Licenses list with a removal timestamp

When to Remove a License

You may want to remove a license if:

  • A device is lost, replaced, or no longer in use
  • A staff member no longer needs access
  • You are cleaning up unused integrations
