Developers: Webhooks

Webhooks act as event triggers, which can keep you apprised of changes. These can be beneficial for both chargebacks and ACH transaction status changes. To create a webhook, navigate to Developers > Webhooks in the left-hand menu and select the 'Add Webhook' button at the top-right of the page.

• URL: Designates the URL where the webhook will be sent. URL must have a valid SSL Certificate.
• DBA: Limits the webhook to specified DBAs; By default, the system selects all DBAs.
• Email Notification: This is the email we send for any notifications regarding the webhooks, such as an error.
• Signature: We sign the webhook sent to your endpoint by including the signature in the webhook-signature header to identify that the event is from us.

Once you create the Webhook, select 'Add Subscription' button to activate events that will trigger the webhook to send from our system.
