2-Step Verification (2FA)

Our Dashboard provides an extra layer of protection to ensure the security of your account. When you log in to your account from a new device/browser, the Dashboard will send a verification code to your email address.

Deactivating 2-Step Verification

By default, 2-step Verification (2FA) will be active for all users. To deactivate the 2FA setting, navigate to your User Profile on the top right and click security. On the Security page, select disable to turn off. A warning box will pop up. Click “Send verification code.” Enter the verification code on the next window to disable the feature.
