Easy Pay Direct: Troubleshooting User Access

If your sub-user's portal is blank when they login:

• Click Users (left side of the screen)
• On the user's profile click Select Merchant
• Click the arrow in the search box to see available companies
• Select the relevant entity/entities
• Click Submit

To toggle between legal entities in your portal view:

• If you have multiple legal entities, these can be linked under one login (your email address has to be the same for each entity).
• Under your name in the top right corner click the gray link that says Entities. The corporate entities should be listed here.
• If there are multiple DBAs under the legal entities, click the down arrow next to the legal entity to see its DBAs.
